FPPC Regulation Gifts to Public Agencies - Form 801

FPPC Regulation Section 18944.2 adopted by the Fair Political Practices Commission required public agencies to disclose gifts received by the agency.  Form 801 must be filed within 30 days if the gift to the agency or its employees falls under the disclosure requirement and must be posted to the city’s website within 30 days.

Gifts to the City of Santa Ana

In accordance with changes to Cal. Code Reg. Section 18944.2 which are in effect as of July 1, 2008, "Gifts to the City as an Agency" are posted below as required by the Gifts/Donations Policy.
