The Santa Ana Community Calendar is the property of the City of Santa Ana, and as such the City reserves the right to post, review and edit, prior to inclusion on the Community Calendar, all electronic mail and event announcement forms received. The Community Calendar will not include information deemed to be or associated with illegal, fraudulent or malicious activity; political activity; or religious promotion. Unacceptable requests for inclusion on the Community Calendar include communications, files, programs or use data or matter containing offensive or harassing statements, including comments based on race, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion or political beliefs.

Electronic mail and event announcement forms sent via the Internet or Online Services are governed by the City of Santa Ana's Electronic Mail Policy. These communications are not private and are subject to review for security and administrative purposes. The Internet access server, associated security, communications, networking, and microcomputer systems and components used to access the Internet and/or Online Services are owned or operated by the City of Santa Ana, and the contents of all communications using these may be reviewed in the course of business without the advanced notice or consent of the sender or recipient. For security and administrative purposes, the City reserves the right to review system use and file content by authorized personnel without the advanced notice or consent of the sender or recipient. Please note that city permits for community events are not associated with the notice of an event to the calendar website. Please contact the appropriate permit-issuing agency (ie. Planning & Building Agency; Parks, Recreation & Community Services Agency) to inquire about the necessary permits for your event.
